Since August of 2019, I have been the Information Technology Portfolio Lead on the Fusion Project Team. The Fusion Project is a $29 million transformation project that involves implementing SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, WorkForce and EnableNow for the City of Saskatoon, Saskatoon Police Service, Saskatoon Public Library, TCU Place, Sasktel Centre and Remai Modern Museum. The Fusion Project formally kicked off in September 2019. After only 15 months of consultation, configuration and testing, the Fusion team successfully launched SAP on January 4, 2021. Today marks 53 days since we went live with SAP, and today, we officially closed wave 1 of this fantastic project.
It has taken an army of employees and consultants countless hours of overtime, weekends and personal sacrifices to accomplish this achievement. I have worked with the following individuals throughout this project, and I feel it is essential to recognize and thank them for their support and contributions! Fusion is successful because of you!
